Jermica Polk is a Certified Life Coach, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or medical professional. Coaching is intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, goal setting, mindset development, and personal empowerment.

Coaching does not constitute psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any mental or physical health condition. No diagnosis or treatment is provided through Novelty Coaching Services LLC.

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching does not guarantee any particular outcome. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novelty Coaching Services LLC and its owner/coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from or related to participation in coaching services. Clients understand that coaching involves personal decisions and actions for which the client remains responsible.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Novelty Coaching Services LLC respects the privacy of its clients and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions. Information shared by a client will generally be treated as confidential and will not be intentionally disclosed to third parties without the client’s permission, except when disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.

Because life coaching is not psychotherapy or a licensed mental-health service, coaching communications do not necessarily have the same legal confidentiality or privilege protections that may apply to communications with certain licensed healthcare or mental-health professionals.

Confidentiality may be limited in circumstances involving legal requirements, court orders, suspected abuse or neglect where reporting is required by law, or situations involving an immediate and serious threat of harm to the client or another person.

Clients are encouraged to use good judgment when sharing highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, or other information. Novelty Coaching Services LLC will take reasonable measures to protect client information but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality or security of information transmitted electronically or through technology platforms.

Client Acknowledgment: By participating in coaching services, the client acknowledges and understands the confidentiality terms described above and understands that life coaching does not create a therapist-client or other legally privileged relationship.
